Important Notice: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking flights, placing seat bids, or joining the Maestro & Miles rewards program. By accessing or using Maestro Aero, you agree to be bound by these legal terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "Passenger," or "User") and Maestro Aero (operated under Maestro Group). These Terms govern your access to and use of our web portal (maestroaero.maestrogroup.world), mobile applications, flight search and booking engines, smart bidding features, and customer support services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website, download our mobile application, or purchase airline tickets through our platform.
2. Role of Maestro Aero as Booking Agent
Maestro Aero operates as an authorized online travel agency (OTA) and flight aggregation marketplace. We facilitate search, comparison, booking, and ticket issuance with third-party operating airline carriers (e.g. Mahan Air, Emirates, Biman, etc.).
Your contract for carriage is entered into directly with the operating airline. You are subject to the specific Conditions of Carriage, baggage restrictions, check-in requirements, and fare rules of the airline operating your flight segment.
3. Flight Booking & Ticketing Rules
- Passenger Accuracy: The full name entered during flight booking must match precisely with the passenger's valid passport or official government photo ID. Name corrections post-issuance are subject to airline policies and may incur hefty fees or rebooking denial.
- Ticket Issuance: A booking is officially confirmed only once the electronic ticket number (e-ticket) is generated and dispatched via email and mobile app confirmation.
- Pricing & Taxes: All fares displayed include applicable government taxes, fuel surcharges, and airport service fees unless expressly denoted otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors caused by third-party airline GDS feed glitches.
4. Smart Seat Bidding Terms & Rules
Maestro Aero provides a proprietary feature allowing travelers to submit offers ("Bids") for discounted seats or cabin class upgrades (Economy to Business):
- Binding Offer: By submitting a bid through the app or website, you make a legally binding offer to purchase the specified flight seat at your bid price.
- Pre-Authorization: When you place a bid, your payment method may be pre-authorized or charged a refundable security verification amount.
- Acceptance & Confirmation: The airline reserves the sole discretion to accept or reject any bid based on seat availability and internal revenue criteria. If your bid is accepted, your payment card will be charged automatically, and your ticket will be issued immediately.
- Non-Cancellable Post-Acceptance: Once a bid is accepted by the airline, the booking cannot be cancelled or modified except under the airline's emergency cancellation provisions.
- Rejected Bids: If your bid is not accepted prior to the auction expiration window (typically 2 to 6 hours before departure), your offer expires with zero fees, and any pre-authorizations are released in full.
5. Maestro & Miles Rewards Program
The Maestro & Miles loyalty program rewards passengers for choosing Maestro Aero:
- Accrual: Points are earned based on completed flight distance, cabin class, and membership tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Points are credited within 48 hours of flight completion.
- Redemption: Points may be redeemed for partial or full airfare discounts, seat selection, extra baggage, or partner amenities as available in the app. Points cannot be exchanged for physical currency.
- Expiration: Points remain valid for 24 months from the date of your last completed flight activity. Inactive accounts beyond 24 months will forfeit accrued balances.
- Anti-Fraud: Any fraudulent bookings, manufactured spending, or unauthorized point transfers will result in immediate termination of the member profile and revocation of all miles.
6. Cancellations, Changes & Refund Policy
- Airline Fare Conditions: Refunds, cancellations, date changes, and no-show penalties are dictated strictly by the fare rules of the operating airline carrier selected at the time of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Fares: Discounted economy fares and accepted seat auction bids are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the airline.
- Maestro Aero Service Fee: In addition to airline cancellation fees, Maestro Aero may apply a nominal administrative processing fee per passenger segment for voluntary refund or date change processing.
- Involuntary Flight Disruptions: In the event of flight cancellations, severe delays, or schedule adjustments initiated by the airline, passengers are entitled to the remedies, rerouting, or refunds mandated by applicable aviation law and the carrier's policy.
- Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method (card, mobile banking) within 7 to 21 business days, subject to the airline's clearing cycle.
7. Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all passports, visas, transit permits, transit health declarations, and entry requirements for origin, transit, and destination countries are valid and up to date. Maestro Aero accepts no liability if a passenger is denied boarding or entry by airline staff or immigration authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos (including the Maestro Aero insignia), software code, mobile designs, graphics, and content displayed on this website and our mobile apps are the exclusive property of Maestro Aero and Maestro Group. Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering, scraping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maestro Aero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from flight delays, schedule changes, missed connections, loss of baggage, mechanical aircraft failures, or force majeure events (e.g. weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions).
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international maritime and aviation commercial laws and the domestic laws governing the registered office of Maestro Group, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
